Leap day, 2020! If you need a wee mood boost, just come and have a look through the fabulous celebrations at Jordie and Dusty’s wedding. Wonderfully captured by Jason and Aneta at We Do Photography and Design. And I’d bet my bottom dollar that they (the photographers) were having just as much fun as everyone else on the day. You can pretty much hear the laughter as you look over the images from the day!

Jordie & Dusty were married at Jordie’s childhood house at Ōtaki Beach, under the family tree. They describe their wedding style as relaxed, fun, and bright. And their actual day as “joyous, loving, US”.

Best tips for couples now planning their celebrations: plan a day that suits you and curate your day to suit your personalities. Also, over-organise in the lead up so you can completely relax and enjoy on the day.

Some of the best vendors from across the Kāpiti Coast and Wellington were involved. It was the biggest party in town, on the most unique day of the year.
