For the Boys

This one’s for the boys. They make sure you get ready on time and looking your best. They’re by your side as you say your vows. They’re there to celebrate with you through the night, and they’re there to support the two of you through your marriage.

Way back, groomsmen went by ‘Bride’s Knights’ - where they “carried” (i.e. kidnapped) the bride to the wedding. Thankfully, this role has changed to be the supportive best mate, whose primary responsibilities include holding onto the rings, and a borderline-inappropriate speech at the end of the night.

If you’re thinking of getting a thank you gift for your groomsmen, we have a few ideas to throw into the mix!

A BEST MAN THANK YOU

The role of best man is a pretty big one - and if you’re looking for an equally amazing gift, you can’t go past The Best Man gift box from Giftbox Boutique! Jam packed with snacks to get him through the day, as well as some great products to help him look tidy for the day.

SOCKS

Because who doesn’t love socks! These are a winning gift on so many levels - they’re affordable, will be used over and over again, and will keep you all matching on the day. A big yes from us. (Also, Etsy is full of different options and ideas, so we’d highly recommend setting aside some time to get scrolling!)

CUSTOM FLASK

Simple yet effective - these are sure to be well-loved on the day of the wedding, and are a great gift to enjoy alongside your boys. A bottle of whiskey might be an essential on the day too.

WHISKEY GLASS

In-keeping with the theme - a personalised whiskey glass will go down an absolute treat! Keep things sophisticated and celebrate in style.

PERSONAL CUFFLINKS

You can have fun with this one! Cufflinks add a great touch of class to their overall look, while making a great gift that show how well you know each other. Perhaps he’s a plumber - why not get tap cufflinks? Or a Harry Potter fan - pick his house! There are literally endless options online.
